"Walking the Old Paths in the Twenty-First Century"
NewsVacation Bible School will be Saturday, June 30 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Special Sunday with Dyrel Collins is scheduled for July 15. The combined morning Bible class will be on "faith". Dyrel's lesson for the morning assembly will be "hope" with "love" being discussed in the evening assembly. There will be a fellowship meal following the morning worship. The Ladies Bible Class is dismissed for the summer. The Class will resume on September 12. A Youth Activity will be held on Friday, June 22, at Whirlyball at Independence and Parker in Plano (nw corner) Instruction starts at 6:50, with play from 7 to 8pm. The price is $15/player. Six 8-minute games will be played. We will rotate play through the hour. If we get enough people to sign up, pizza will be included. No outside drinks. Bring money for a drink. See the Calendar page for additional upcoming youth and congregational activities. Gospel Meeting with Ed Wharton will be held on October 19-20 (Friday night through Sunday morning). Please mark your calendars. India Missions Trip November 1-16 2007. This trip will focus on preacher training and testing.
